Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you were mistakenly charged twice for the same subscription.
  • Technical Issues: If a template is corrupted or unusable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
  • Unauthorized Payment: If a transaction was made without your authorization (proof may be required).
  • Customization Service Cancellation (Before Work Begins): If you request a refund before we start working on your customization order.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you no longer need the templates or customization services.
  • Incorrect Purchase: Please review product details before purchasing.
  • Customization Work Already Started: If we have already begun working on your customization request, the service is non-refundable.
  • Completed Customization: Once a customization project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be provided.
  • User Modifications: We do not refund for user modifications that lead to errors.

Refund Request Process

  2. Provide Details: Include your order ID, reason for the refund, and any supporting documents (e.g., screenshots).
  3. Processing Time: Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
